I am good at creative writing, painting, acting and academic writing. I love reading, anime, K-pop, K-dramas, and all kinds of music(my taste is very eclectic). I just started a new blog, finished my Bachelors and am applying for Masters.

My taste in music is quite eclectic, I love all types from hardcore rock to soft ballads. My current favorite is a K-pop song: Breathe by Lee-Hi.
What makes me happy: Little things; like a good song, a great book, the sound of my mothers voice...and

I am a professional writer and excellent researcher. I am
also a very good translator from English to Urdu and vice versa.
I have 32 years of work experience in development sector. I
have worked in different capacities but my work involved research, M&E of
projects, development of monitoring and evaluation system for the projects as
well as the organization. I have planned and executed many evaluation studies
in different capacities. I have also worked as team leader and deputy team
leader for evaluation of projects.
I have worked with multi-disciplinary teams and have
expertise in selection of data collection methods for adequate monitoring and
evaluation of implementing partners' performance and of the program as a whole.
These methods included field visits, quarterly reports, specialized surveys and
other sources of information like Government of Pakistan statistics.
I also have considerable experience in training the project
staff in monitoring and evaluation of projects with help of LFA and developing
the indicators and tools for monitoring.
