Today's Photograph, by Khalid Hussain:
I love this photograph of a Pakistani boy wearing traditional clothing; he looks so striking! I named this photograph: A Reflection of Hope.
When I first saw this photograph my thoughts were on this poem:
'Hope' is the thing with feathers—
That perches in the soul—
And sings the tune without the words—
And never stops—at all—
One of Emily Dickinson's finest poems, and one of my favourites, I think it fits. The whole poem can be found here.
